St. Gabriels is proud to have educated many prominent individuals, among them musicians, doctors, lawyers, scientists, artists, politicians and other great Barbadians. Among them is the Honorable David Thompson, sixth Prime Minister of Barbados (1961-2010).

We send our congratulations to past-scholar, Hanna Ridgeon on achieving a Barbados Exhibition.  Hanna has also been offered a National Development Scholarship and will be studying Speech Therapy at Reading University, England.  We wish her well.

Congratulations to Tyrese Knight who qualified for the Barbados National TABLE TENNIS Team which will compete at the Caribbean Table Tennis Championships in Jamaica in July 2012.

Congratultions to Danielle Riley who was awarded the first form prize for Academic Excellence; awarded the subject prize for  Mathematics, English Language, Social Studies, Music (awarded a Distinction in the Grade 1 Royal Music Exam) and Visual Arts at the St. Ursula's School Speech Day and Prize Giving Ceremony 2012.

Congratulations to Daniel Lashley who was awarded the Earnest P. F. Rocheford Award for the Most Promising Individual under 18 in NIFCA Performing Arts 2012..

Congratulations to Madeline Layne who won a Silver medal for her Chocolate Chess Pie and Bronze medals for a coconut layer cake and guacamole in the NIFCA Culinary Arts Competition 2012.
